What is the legal basis for processing personal data?

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is § 11 para. 1 of the Saxon Data Protection Implementation Act.

 

 

What personal data are processed, how long will personal data be stored and will they be transferred to third parties?

Only your email address will be processed for sending the newsletter. Your email address will be processed until the termination of the employment relationship. No personal data will be transferred to third parties unless otherwise stipulated by law or you have expressly consented to this in individual cases.

 

What are the basic rights of data subjects?

In order to claim the rights, a notification in text form (letter or email) to the responsible person is sufficient.
You have the right at any time to request information about the data processed and the possible recipients of them. Besides, you may at any time request for correction or deletion of your personal data, or for limitation of their processing.
The responsible supervisory authority for data protection is Saxon Data Protection Commissioner, Devrientstraße 5, 01067 Dresden, www.datenschutz.sachsen.de.
